Nature abounds in this location, across the Matanzas River (aka ICW) lies a 4,200 nature preserve which is easily reached by kayak or boat launched from the property. Crescent Beach is known for its wide white sand beaches and clear water, the fishing is excellent in the river, Matanzas Inlet is only 2.5 miles south. Just down the road is the Fort Matanzas National Monument built in 1740.
